Effective 27 August 2026
Privacy Policy
Idle AGI Lab is a single player game. It collects no data about you, and it has no way to send data anywhere. This policy explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
Nothing.
The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no accounts, no social features, and no purchases. It does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or any device identifier.
Why we cannot collect anything
The app has no networking code. It contains no HTTP client, no sockets, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. It never opens a network connection, so there is no mechanism by which your information could reach us or anyone else, whether or not we intended it.
This is a property of how the app is built, not a promise about how we behave.
What is stored on your device
Your game progress is written to a save file, kept alongside one backup copy, inside the app’s private storage area, which iOS isolates from other apps. It stays on your device. It contains only the state of your game, for example how much in-game currency you hold, which research you have unlocked, how far the simulation has run, and the names you chose for your in-game company, its ticker, and its flagship model.
Those names are free text you type yourself. If you type personal information into them, that text is saved on your device like the rest of your progress. It is still never transmitted. We would suggest not typing anything you would not want stored on your phone.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes the save file and everything in it. The game also has a “Start Again” option in its settings, which erases your progress and begins a new game, deleting both the save and its backup. There is nothing held anywhere else, so there is nothing else to delete and no request you need to make of us.
Tracking
The app does not track you. It does not access the advertising identifier, it
does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework, and it is not part of any
advertising or data broker network. Its privacy manifest declares
NSPrivacyTracking as false.
The manifest also declares three system APIs that the Godot game engine uses internally: file timestamps, system boot time, and available disk space. Apple requires these to be declared. They are used to save your game, to measure elapsed time while the app was closed, and to check there is room to write the save file. None of that information leaves your device.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, children included. It contains no advertising, no purchases, and no way to communicate with other people.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights over personal data a company holds about you, including the right to see it, correct it, and have it deleted. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, or erase. Your save file is yours, on your own device, under your control.
We do not sell or share personal information, because we have none.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes what it does with data, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change. Any version of the app that collects data will say so here first.
